I want to say thank you to a few special people.

Thank you Angelo for starting this group and believing in me and supporting

me. This next challenge is going to be the best ever. Now we know what to do

as seasoned veterans. Will you join me big brother?

Thanks Sarge for your motivation and KNOWING that I can do and not expecting

any less from me. Thanks for making me feel worthy of doing this program for

me and no one else. You are a Champion.

Thanks Roselia for being my cohort in transformation. I have really felt

connected to you and that I'm not alone....that as women we can keep up with

the big boys!

Speaking of keeping up with the big boys..there's Luanne and her upside down

sit ups! What an inspiration you have been to this group and keeping us to

together at the heart. You offered your friendship and support to me so

willingly and offered to help me out to be a part of the group regardless of

my adversities.

And then there's my Gloria Glider Girl. No words can express how awesome you

are and how you have really picked me up when I'm down. You make me smile

Big Sis.

Rhonda girl has been so sweet to me. I appreciate that.

Betty has been a real Big Sis ...maybe more like a mom...just pushing me

along.

" the Motivator " Ziqena Woman.....ha ha ha....I love you girl...you are

so funny and always have some great points to make me think outside the box.

Theresa has helped me in my transformation to keep me giving of myself.

Jeff keeps me balanced and in more of a logical frame of mind when I go

overboard.

Gosh I know I " m forgetting a mess of you ...you are all so wonderful!

I love yous guys...please come to Vegas...make it happen...look for

opportunities to make it happen....give up a weekend splurge to save money

for it...whatever you have to do...I can guarantee you won't be disappointed

and will get something of value from the weekend. Do it for me? Do it for

the group?
