It is nice 40min intervals using ball, light weights. 3 min cardio followed by about light weight endurance workout. I liked it esp longer stretch at end but the ball cardio was tough in my tiny room plus when on the ball the dogs tend to join me which adds to the core workout!judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
