Monday - bike, pilates

Hi -Rough night last night - we had our first T-storm since the summer. My dog is petrified of t-storms so I had to take her out of the bedroom and sit up with her for awhile - it is so sad, she trembles, looks terrified and doesn't know what to do w/ herself in general. As a result, I was dragging butt this morning and opted for the recumbent bike instead of a FIRM workout - so I did 30 min on the recumbent followed by 20 min of stretching and Pilates type exercises w/ Caribbean workout (i like these for quick sessions that mix things up differently). Better than nothing and the bike makes me sweat b/c I go fast and vary the resistance from easy to hard. Tomorrow my plan is to do my Firm Turbocharge Cardio, 20 min of kickboxing w/ Violet Zaki and 20 min of Pilates w/ McGee! Hope everyone has a good Monday!Donna
