Guest guest
Hi , Welcome. Creatine causes everyone to retain water, not just women. It will be up to you if that is what you want. It does make your muscles look more pumped up but a lot of women complain of bloating too. You may have to experiment with it to see how your body reacts. ~Laury
Guest guest
WELCOME ABOARD CYNTHIA, I would go ahead and start using the creatine because those musces you build will be what helps you lose the fat more efficiently..Just make sire you get plenty of water it will help the kidney' do their joband also control any water retention...TEReSA LIFE IS 10% OF WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU AND 90% HOW YOU RESPOND TO IT. Guest guest
Hi Nocole, Thanks so much for the answer on Betagen. you guys are great - all of you. I wasn't sure if I wanted to enter the January Challenge but you've all motivated me no end. As soon as I get my packet, I'm jumping in. So thanks a bunch, all of you. Couldn't think of a new nickname so I'm going back to one an old boyfriend used to call me, which is Champ. Not Chimp guys, Champ. Seems appropriate doesn't it? . Champ. Guest guest
I know this topic is already burnt, but I'm running behind, catching and here's my 2 cents. Yes, it causes some water retention in women and in men. Don't wait to use it. Use it now. More muscle = more calorie burning = more fat loss. So I called yesterday -It's now in the mail-. But you can read the rules and reg. go to the body for life site. Natural diretics are tea, and you can drop a fresh lemon in a jug of water. As for the creatinine there are several post here so read them all (very informative) but remember that is how it works- water retension in muscle tissue- muscle is 70+ % water. But it must be used cautiously and wisely. good luck - (TAZ)

Best natural diuretic is watermelon seeds..there's also something I bought at GNC in a white bottle with a red and silver label on it that was all natural w/ caffeine and worked better than the chemical stuff I can buy at the drugstore. Don't remember the name of it...but it worked the best. -
