Welcome back ,

I am way behind on emails too. Glad you are back but sorry you are going

through so many others problems. I hope that when you have your surgery

that it helps you get back to at least a half normal life! As you know we

don't have normal but at least if it was closer to normal (whatever normal

really is) that might help. Good luck and keep us informed!

Hi guys! I have had computer problems and havent got to be here for

about a week or so. I have missed everyone and cant wait to read and

catch up on everyone. I have not had my laminectomy yet, but have

been getting progressively worse since I asked for your opinions about

whether or not to even have it. I see my surgeon again on Friday to

get some more details and possibly finalize everything and set the

date. I went to my famly Dr today and he told me again to wait as

long as possible... He said that I should wait a little longer, or

until I had more problems urinating. So...Thats all well and good,

BUT, I am going to lose my insurance the end of July and what if the

worsening happens AFTER that date, then I would have to pay for the

entire cost out of pocket! Im STILL confused! I am sooo miserable

and have ABSOLUTELY no quality of life due to all the meds that I am

on. I sleep ALLL the time AND I REALLLLY REALLLY miss my little girls

and all the things that we used to do together. I have the most

wonderful husband and daughters but they miss me ALOT! Im tired of

not being able to be up and around with them anymore. And MAYBE if I

have the surgery, I could get off of some of them and have some

quality of life again, even if it isnt completely the way it used to

be before....Anyone else know what I mean? Anyway, I would love to

hear from you all again.
