Thanks Gloria, I appreciate your help. I would love to join you and your friends. I have read the book, but like you said it can get overwhelming. The only reason I was taking all 4 tabs at one time is because of the supplement strategy they post on the eas. website for the lean and tone package is that you need to take one serving a day of the 120 capsule bottle. I just did the math and figured that you needed to take 4/ a day for the 1 month supply. (Funny huh?) Actually I didn't get too energized but I did get through both my workouts feeling pretty energized! These are things I have questions about, so just let me know what to do and I would love to get some more info from you.

Hi Annette, I saw at your Yahoo Profiles that you had listed your e-mail address. I belong to a small BFL e-mail support group. We include all ages, all fitness and experience levels, several certified personal trainers, and lots of experienced BFL Success Coaches.
