Guest guest Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 Sometimes I feel like I'm just a " wannabe " when it comes to exercising regularly. I just finished Cathe's Basic Step -- a 30 min step workout that leaves me dripping and having my heart rate peaked. I've dropped 20 lbs and been doing videos for about 6 months now -- I'd'a thought I was in pretty good shape! But this kills me! And it's a " basic " one... I don't think I can handle some of the others you talk about. I feel like I've really done a good workout at 30 minutes, too. I usually try for 45 minutes to an hour, but I've had some hard times squeezing workouts in due to my husband's irregular schedule. :-( He's starting to bug me with interrupting the workout times with other chores needing done suddenly. I guess I'm going to have to get mad at him... In the meantime, I'll keep trying... and hope someday I'll be as good as you-guys.
