Hi all, not much time to post today. Back to work today, rushed morning, dog got out had to chase her down. Here is what I did this morning, thank God it was a short one today. MB45 warm up and beginners workout 1, this time I used a 35 pound for the deadlifts, still a 25 for the swings and still a 15 for the get ups and then i did the 10 minute total body stretch for beginners standing stretch. I have some baked beans cooking in the crockpot for dinner, I did all the prep work for it last nite. Have a great day everyone.
