Guest guest Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 Hi all, not much time to post today. Back to work today, rushed morning, dog got out had to chase her down. Here is what I did this morning, thank God it was a short one today. MB45 warm up and beginners workout 1, this time I used a 35 pound for the deadlifts, still a 25 for the swings and still a 15 for the get ups and then i did the 10 minute total body stretch for beginners standing stretch. I have some baked beans cooking in the crockpot for dinner, I did all the prep work for it last nite.
