I'm in step with you my friend. We sometimes feel that doing something like

this extraordinary feat of changing ourselves deserves more praise than we

get. In that I think that we back down, because we don't get noticed at some

point, and think that it doesn't matter to anyone what you are doing. We

forget often times to stop somewhere along the way and look in the mirror.

That person staring back at you is who it matters to the most. YOU! You and

you only. You matter, not them. When you see yourself staring back in the

mirror, what do you say, or can you say anything? If you were two people,

would you listen to yourself? Or would you do nothing? Next time you pass

your reflection in the mirror, smile, and thank yourself for having the

courage to stick with it, and the determination to continue when people tell

you that it's impossible.

I want to be held accountable to this group that I won't let you down

. I won't let you quit. I won't let you give in.

You are an incredible person deserving of love. To be able to have an

insight into how you play the game in life is a big deal. It's a near

impossibility to see yourself objectively, but when you do, it's huge.

We need each other in this group. We need to be accountable to this group for

each other. We can't let anyone fall by the wayside. Winning isn't " me " .

Winning is the team.

This is one of our ground rules: Never leave your wing man! (Top Gun)

We must do whatever it takes to help the team in winning. If the team

doesn't win, I don't win....and I want to win.

{{{hug}}}} I want to always be there for you. Reach out to me when you

need me. I want to know you need a hand up. Communication will help us get

there. We're on the right track with this group medium.

I love yous guys.

, The realization of each and every one of us that this challenge has

directed us in taking on a new meaning of life. I find as I read my original

goals they were more self oriented than if I would right them now. Reading

these e-mail makes me see that it's not only myself but it's seems like it's

everyone that has joined BFL and one of the clubs. If Bill gets to the 1

million mark it can only make the world a better place.

And Bless you

Rick

One of the hardest things for many in life is looking within. One of the

advantages to this program is that it helps you define what you really want

out of life. We are breaking down the barriers that have kept us locked

inside an unhealthy body for many years. I have been there for over 20 for

many reasons. By changing the outside I am having to look inside. A friend

of mine once said that breaking down comes before breaking through. This on

it's own is scary. It requires a strength and resolve I never knew existed

before. You have these qualities , and we all get stronger each day.

This strength allows us to have these moments of insight that we might not

have been able to face before. The challenge continues as we are able to

break down these barriers and move on to the next one. Congratulations on

learning more about yourself. You are building one hell of a great person!
