I am so sorry i got my procedures mixed up (DUH) okay in my defense i

work 12hr night shifts and i just got off work and have NOT been to

bed yet...lolololol

So the procedure i was describing was a Discogram. This is another

procedure your Dr. may talk to you about having, since you are having

cervical problems also.

Yes i did have the steriod epidurals and Kellie is right you get them

3 different times and it is and in/out procedure. I got put to sleep

and then woke up in recovery. These shots never lasted me more than

24hrs with no pain, BUT everyone is different so don't be discouraged,

still try it, it may just be the procedure that works for you.
