[sPAM] RE: Nipple anomaly

It took some tome for me to reach the mother. She is going to come see me on Friday for me to take a picture. I know I need to have her sign a release. Any suggestions on the wording? I have not taken pictures to document before.

, can you take a picture and show it to us?At 05:19 PM 10/11/2007, Marine wrote:

This week I saw a mom that is 34 weeks pregnant and came in for a prenatal consult. She has smallish, typical breast and areola but on one side her nipple is a thin vertical stripe-almost no nipple. No history of breast surgery or breast trauma. Her nipple has been that way as long as she can remember. Has anyone seen this before? Marine, IBCLC
