Okay, I just finished up the ab portion of that Kathy workout I did this morning. It was only about 6 or 7 minutes, but at least now I can say I did this whole DVD today. Now I can log it on my list and move on to the next one. It was probably meant for me to do this today because I am having a lot of neck stress from my bad posture while on the computer at work all day and then online with my friends in the evenings. She gave some posture tips and pointers as a reminder. Nite all.
