WOOHOO! That's exactly right, Jen. THIS is the way to do it so that when you're done, it stays off! 

 

I looked back at previous weeks...do you realize that I've lost weight every week for the last 3 weeks!  YEA ME!It

doesn't matter how long it takes me to lose this just as long as I'm doing EVERYTHING I can to lose the weight and keep it off.                 Jen

yea jen... great job..
