wild SCOBYs

I find " wild " SCOBYs often in quantity. But they are in thin

sheets. They grow in 250-gal tanks of surplus chocolate and

coffee drink liquids that have set for a while. Any experts here

want to take a look at a sample to see if it's kombucha-like?

Does anyone here feed their SCOBYs coffee/cocoa instead of tea?
