Guest guest
I'd appreciate any assistance with the following abbreviations, which appear in an Italian hospital discharge report: 1. CS: " Infezione da HIV nota del 1983; stadio *CS*; 2. TBC: " sarcoma di Kaposi trattata con CT e *TBC* linfonodale " 3. DH: " ... effectuava *DH* per insorgenza di ipoacusis bilaterale associata a disartria " I have no idea whether these abbreviations are English or Italian - I've tried looking up various permutations on the web, with little joy. TBC, for instance, won't be " tuberculosis " in this context, and " cognitive behavioral therapy " for a putative CBT doesn't look very likely either! Any thoughts welcome, as always. I need to deliver by reasonably early on Friday (European time) if possible. Purdy Translation from W.
