Guest guest
*Georgie,* *Im so sorry to hear of the ordeal your dealing with. Many times when drs cant explain symptoms or come up with a diagnosis they will say nothing is wrong with you, its in your head or just give up. I personally have RSD and through my group have met and talked with many people who have been told their pain is in their heads. * *I really hope that your drs can come up with what is wrong with you. Id tell them at your visit- look this is NOT in my head, i am hurting and suffering so please do your job and help me or refer me to someone who can help. I did this to the first dr i saw with a few choice words in between cause he didnt know what was wrong with me. My mom was sitting there like omg no she didnt lol but she also stood up and said my daughter has started a career and wants to get back to it- she needs help so do something.* *Iwas then referred to a specialist and they diagnosed me with RSD.* *I hope that they can better treat you and help you. It is not in your head and dont sit by and listen when someone says that!!!* *We are here for you hun and know you can email me anytime to chat!* ** *moderator* -- Learn about RSD- It is NOT a rare condition!!! http://rsdstories.bravehost.com
