Guest guest Posted October 22, 2001 Report Share Posted October 22, 2001 You're right Carol, but at the same tie there are all sorts of theories other bits of research including the fact that the myelin sheaths of our nerves are made from unsaturated fatty acid (i.e. not saturated, like animal fats) - so if they stand any chance of repair it's got to be with unsaturated oils. Malcolm, Yes, I agree and take flax seed oil, alternately with fish oil, and I take borage oil alternately with evening primrose oil. I also eat no gluten, sugar, dairy, eggs and very few legumes and a low carb diet. I think, for some people, any one or all of those things make a difference too.
