Glad you had a good run! As far as I'm concerned, this has been one of the more craptastic weeks i have had in a long time.

I've had a craptastic week at work and cannot WAIT for my girls' night out tonight with Sherry and Hillary! To that end, it felt really good to run my ususal 3 miles today. Shins felt a little tight so I smashed 'em out on the foam roller at the Sweat Shop, did pigeon pose, wide angle stretch, folded over half lotus, cobbler's pose and forward fold. This is my last run before my 10K on Sunday, so I'm praying my shins will be okay during the race. Tomorrow and Saturday will be just therapeutic yoga and maybe some core / upper body work. Cheers,

Donna - your week is way more craptastic than mine, trust me. Hugs.  I hope you can find a good home for DH's senior family member soon that will make all parties happy.Mine is PMS mixed with supporting a new guy who is the most technologically inept person I've ever met.  Example: he calls me to ask me how to print an email.  I explained control +p is one way, the the other way is to do it from the file menu on the left hand menu, by clicking file/print which he had trouble finding.  That's just the beginning...

As an independent and resourceful person myself, I expect others to be too.  I can't stand over neediness or learned helplessness.  How these people become executives is beyond me, they just bullsh*t their way through Life really well somehow I guess.

laura i feel you!! crappy weather, dh's crappy work schedule, crappy luck, PMS, and a load of work for school. i totally get the independent thing. i won't even go that far myself, but for somebody to use sense like i do. hey garbage can is full change it then i have to nag dh several times before it gets done! i don't have time to clean up after grown men, but that is what happens when you marry gramma's boy. , I forgot to tell you!  My sister joined Weight Watchers online and I'm so happy about this words cannot express!  I'm trying not to ask her about it too much because I don't want her to feel I'm pressuring her or anything.

Basically, she's 5'2 " and I'm guessing around 250 lbs.  She has a bad ankle from a complex spiral fracture that will never completely heal but all this weight is really hard on it, and she also now has water on the knee and the doc said she needs to lose weight.

My uncle died unexpectedly of a heart attack at her age (he was quite fit too) so even though the Kraft side of the family has amazing hearts (just bad lungs) I worry about this too. I love my sister so much and really want her to succeed!

Enjoy your girls' night out!! I look forward to reading about the race too, good luck!!
