Guest guest Posted February 14, 2011 Report Share Posted February 14, 2011 Since I baked my cake last night, I had extra time this morning and thought I'd sneak in a 30 minute cardio  Well, I chose a bosu workout w/  - Total Body Workout. This one isn't much of a workout and I surely wouldn't recommend. It's more instructional. I upped the intensity big time and did high knees and what-not when they were doing compressions. There is some ab-work too. I slowed down a bit to do some of it, but mostly kept it high impact to keep my heart rate up. I felt good while doing it, but it was because of all the changes. I would have been bored to tears otherwise. I burned a nice 306 calories with my average at 129. I was pleased with that for 30 minutes D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
