Guest guest
Hello, Today I’m seeing a mom with CP. I would love to hear from anyone whose had similar experiences. Her baby is 11 days old. There has been a lot of separation and she is being discouraged from breastfeeding by her mother. Mom really wants to nurse and has the support of husband and father-in-law. Thanks, Carmen Carmen , LLLL, IBCLC ..
Guest guest
Dear Carmen, I worked with a mom with CP a few months ago. What really helped her was The Brest Friend pillow. The support to her back and the stability of the pillow helped her a lot. www.mybrestfriend.com Fatigue was an issue also so she pumped at night...again, the hands-free bustier helped. www.easyexpression.com Good luck w/ this dyad.
