's Saturday workout

Hi all, earlier today I did Lalofit,the first one. I had gotten this from collage a few weeks ago on their sale. It says it's 55 minutes long. I ain't even gonna lie, this one kicked my butt. Afterwards I had to go lay down for a little while, my shoulders and my butt were on fire. I had to take way more breaks than were given during the workout. I think I may have had such a hard time with it because I hadn't eaten enough yet today, or if it was just way hard. I was looking for something to give me some major butt DOMS and this was it. Several times during this workout I could feel my butt just involuntarily quivering. I thought this was never going to end. I did all of it except I did cheat on the pushups. He did 2 sets of 20 during the workout with a 2 second hold at the bottom of each one. I did mine on my knees, only 7 on the first set and 12 on the second set with no hold at the bottom of any. I can say that I will definitley do this one again, can't say that I love it though, it hurt. I still have number two on the shelf to be done, not sure when I will do that one, maybe next weekend.
