Today I did Kathy Step Workout. I used one riser on each side. I did this whole DVD which consists of a beginner workout, an intermediate workout and supposedely advanced workout. Afterwards there is an upper and lower body toning section and an abs portion. This step portion seemed to be all beginner to me, it wasn't very difficult at all. It was fun though. I enjoyed it. Hi all,  I actually did this workout this morning but am just now getting time to post as I had a doctor appt this morning.  My appt. was just to review my latest lab results which are now all normal and totally awesome and I do not have to take any meds and the doctor was blown away at my progress.   Yeah for me.  the reason I am so excited is that at one point in time I was diabetic, had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver, bad kidney tests, and heart disease and a bunch of other nasty stuff.    Anyways,  today I did Jari  Love Get Extremely Ripped.  I like this workout but I only do it on weekends as it is so long,  I know it can be done as 2 indiviual shorter workouts but I just like to do all of it at once.   I am starting to feel it ever so slightly in my shoulders and my booty.  Not much, but a little.  I am off to watch a movie now, but first I have to get through a bunch of emails.  Have a great day everyone.
