oooo i have this one but only did one section. i found it challenging that particular day but i love the combos. not awkward from what i remember despite integrated lifts. Today I did one I got from the swap, I swapped squeeze stronger for it because I hate those squeeze workouts. It is called Madeline Dolente Strong, Lean & Defined. Today I did the warm up, the intermediate workout, the abs section and the stretch. I like this workout, I wish the stretch section was a little longer, but all in all a nice little workout. I may try the advanced section soon, it's only 25 minutes. The intermediate section is only 20 minutes. Have a great green day everyone.
