There are more probiotic benefits in the kefir grains

themselves than what you get from drinking kefir. It

is better to feed your extra kefir grains to your dogs

or yourself than to put them in the compost pile.

Someday I'll tell you the story of the Vietnam vet who

controlled the " bug " he picked up in 'Nam by eating

kefir grains. It was the only thing that worked. Kefir

itself didn't get it.

Marilyn from Fayette

who has been drinking mostly raw Jersey milk these

past nine days and feeling wonderful. Looking up

nutrients in milk at google I discovered I am eating

248 grams of carbs/day and 3000 calories. So why

haven't I gained any weight? Not that I want to!!!
