So I wanted to really push myself since last time doing this...sumo squat w/hip lift - 25lb... 11 replunge posterior fly 10lb 12 reppush up with knee lift 4 toes 8 kneesdead lift w. post fly 10lb 12 replunge w. core rotation 25lb 12 repbench press and leg lower 20lb 12 repsquat w.side bend 25lb 12 repextreme squat 25lbforward lunge w. double arm post fly 10lb 10 repextre fly 10lbchest fly with hiplift 15lb 12 rep3 push ups on knees...Felt good... esp since today is my bday and I got it in and lost 2lbs!! yea.... now can really kick it..hope to get yoga in later and some abs before we go to a State of the Union/bday party tongiht.. yea us DC people celebrate all things political!judy
