Today I did the MB45 Workout 1 (30 minutes) with a 25 lb bell for the swings and the deadlifts, I wish I could ever feel this in my butt and legs but I just don't. I used a 15 lb. for the 1/2 get ups, there seemed to be a lot of these in this workout for some reason. After this I did the 30 minute stretching for flexibility section of the total stretch for beginners workout. This morning I went to the lab to get some blood drawn for routine tests, they had told me to not eat or drink anything so I didn't, then the lady wanted a urine sample, hello people, when you haven't drank anything, there is no pee. I couldn't give one, which for me is rare as I pee every 5 minutes. she gave me the cup to bring home, now I have to go take it back again. I did all my housework yesterday so when I come back I am going to have a kick back day for my last day off. I'm not sure what I will do yet. Have a great day everyone.
