yesterday's RevAbs workout + Turbo Kick

So yesterday I taught one of my Turbo Kick classes for 50 minutes. We are doing

Turbo Sport 1 right now. I then did my 2nd RevAbs workout which was just the 15

minute " Mercy Abs " , which I LOVED! :) I will not do a RevAb workout today, but

will teach Turbo Kick tonight! :)

Jen listed all the exercises that was done on Mercy Abs, but they consisted of

crunches, Bencao Kicks, knee tucks and V-Ups. Shew! :)
