Guest guest Posted March 29, 2011 Report Share Posted March 29, 2011 So yesterday I taught one of my Turbo Kick classes for 50 minutes. We are doing Turbo Sport 1 right now. I then did my 2nd RevAbs workout which was just the 15 minute " Mercy Abs " , which I LOVED! I will not do a RevAb workout today, but will teach Turbo Kick tonight! Jen listed all the exercises that was done on Mercy Abs, but they consisted of crunches, Bencao Kicks, knee tucks and V-Ups. Shew!
