Guest guest
I can't pronounce it neither can I spell it!!! My 80 year old sister (the one that doesn't live with us) has really gone down hill since the last of the year. New Year's day the doctor was called about her condition. Not sleeping at night, wandering into other people's rooms telling them to get up, it was time for them to pack up they had to move. The doctor ordered her the above medicine, which I don't know how to spell; trosodone 100 mg. She was given a half and was down for the count, only she needed to go to the bathroom and almost fell she was so out of it. Tomorrow she has an appt with a doctor that has seen her once, and assured me he knew about LBD. My sister has been really mean ( not her personality) called her dil a bitch and on and on. Was doing fairly well until all the above started happening a week or so ago. She was on serquel until a month ago and was only off the regular dosage for about a week. She was doing fairly well with it but the doctor wanted to get her off of it since she was not being combative or her hallucinations was not scaring her. Anyway, now one dil thinks it is because she is coming off the serquel that has her going down hill. God help us all. The dil was suppose to get my sister a doctor that would take her as a lbd patient but drug her feet until I finally called and got her an appt with the above mentioned doctor. She and her husband didn't like that------ oh that is another story for another time. If anyone has had this problem with a loved one and has any suggestions please respond.
