Guest guest
LOl yeah i would have posted sooner if i could have. I did have a hard time at the dentist and my jaw is still a bit sore today. finally starting to eat more then soup. The way my wisdom tooth was situated it caused more pain when they pulled. Ughhh ive never liked going to dentist but if i had insurance id be going more cause my teeth are a mess since rsd, pregnancy and not eating right. ive never really had any major problems with my teeth but i do have braces that ive had on my teeth for over 5 yrs...cant afford to get them taken off so just another problem to add to the mix lol. Hope to be on more later- take care! moderator
Guest guest
Wow, you have had braces for 5ys and can't afford to get them taken off? I know my dentist takes payment plans, cause you are doing yet more harm to your teeth by not having them off. If you lived near me i would get a pair of pliers and take them off for ya...lolololol I am shocked that any dentist would let you suffer like that. Also there are dental schools where the students will work on your teeth for a small amount. I know when i had to pay out of pocket for my dental for a few months (due to being on work comp) until my dental kicked back in, my dentist (who i have been seeing since i was a little girl and who still does my whole family gave me a discount when my daughter and i had to get some cleaning done. I guess my dd and i are the lucky ones we have never had a cavity and i have never had braces, my dd did when she was younger and even though i had insurance it still cost me $500 up front, the insurance paid way more than that! I hope that you will start to feel better soon, pain in the mouth is no fun at all.
