Guest guest Posted May 17, 2006 Report Share Posted May 17, 2006 Thank you to all that have helped answer some of my previous questions. We are now drinking our first brew. I have my second brewing and it seems to be forming a culture much quicker this time- ist that normal? I have two SCOBY's in there (the original and the one formed from my first brew) I have been reading alot about Kombucha and it has me kind of worried/scared if that is the right word about the safety of it. What do I or don't I need to be worried about? I keep thinking I won't be clean enough- how will I know if it is contaminated? I greatly appreciate your support and response!!
