Thank you to all that have helped answer some of my previous

questions. We are now drinking our first brew. I have my second

brewing and it seems to be forming a culture much quicker this time-

ist that normal? I have two SCOBY's in there (the original and the one

formed from my first brew)

I have been reading alot about Kombucha and it has me kind of

worried/scared if that is the right word about the safety of it. What

do I or don't I need to be worried about? I keep thinking I won't be

clean enough- how will I know if it is contaminated? I greatly

appreciate your support and response!!
