I cannot wait til I can run 3-5 times a week injury free!I'll have to listen to this later, thanks Judy! You'll get there! This morning on NPR's morning edition had 2 very interesting programs (you can listen to them at http://www.npr.org/programs/morning-edition/) The first discusses how runners really don't develop bad knees if they are fit and don't over do it..My take is for me walking is best for now until I drop at least 30lbs and get stronger legsThe second is on the alexander technique for back issues... My sister is a choir director and uses this technique.
