Guest guest
Hi Billie, There are a few ways to do this. One is to take an empty tuna fish can and open it so both ends are open. Set the can in your frying pan and crak the egg in the can. When it is ready to flip. flip can and all. Then you will have a nicely rounded fried egg. Another wa is to use that double spatula they sell in lots of blindness products catalot. Sincerely, April

Guest guest
Hi Billie, It doesn't work as well as the tuna can method, but if you let the egg set a bit, it will. April

Guest guest
Hi Billie, What I do when I fry eggs is to put the eggs in a skillet and put a lid on them. That way you don't have to turn the eggs over and you can have as close to fried eggs as if you did turn them over. I fry mine in butter flavored Pam. Try it and see if you like it. Guest guest
thanks Sharon! problem with that one is I don't have a frying pan with a lid. But I am thinking of getting one. It wouldn't have to be a big one! thanks again Sharon! billie need some advice here > > > > This is very trivial advice that i need. > > But I'm going to ask it anyway. > > > > I wonder if any of you know how to fry an egg and turn it over without > making scrambled eggs out of it. > > I love fried eggs and can't figure out how to do it successfully! > > thanks! > > Billie > > > > > >
Guest guest
Billie, the double spatula, or any spatula, will work nicely on a fried egg if you limit the size of the egg as it cooks. The problem arises when you cannot see the true dimension of the egg and miss part of it. Using the tuna can, or what is sold as an egg ring, helps you to know exactly how big the egg is and where it is, so turning it is much easier. Guest guest
thanks Dan! I will try this! I guess it doesn't matter if it's a tuna or a chicken can does it? thanks ya'll!
