Guest guest
Good morning all, I am so happy this morning. I did my weigh in for my biggest loser challenge this morning and I lost 3 pounds this week. That hasn't happened for a long time now. I am at 145 today, only 5 more pounds to my original goal that I had set for myself back when I weighed 224. I have been moving so slowly for so long now. This morning I did lower body sculpt and upper body sculpt from my Cathe Basic step DVD, I have now done every workout on this DVD. I will keep it out as I plan to do the basic step and the body fusion workouts a couple more times through still. Have a great day everyone. in CA
Guest guest
, you are my weight loss hero. I've been stuck in the 175-180 range since July. I know I need to be better with food and wine. It's tough being a foodie with friends who are all foodies too! Good morning all, I am so happy this morning. Guest guest
I have the food part down for the most part. I have an occasional cheat day, about once every month and a half or so, and lucky for me I don't like the taste of alcohol so I don't have that temptation. If only I didn't like the taste of chocolate and french fries my life would be so much easier. LOL. in CA To: exercisevideos From: pinkpussycat@...Date: Tue, 29 Mar 2011 09:40:28 -0700Subject: Re: 's Tuesday Workout , you are my weight loss hero. Guest guest
That wagon has slippery seats! I don't know how many times I've fallen off of it! Then you have to run to catch up with it again! Indyrose > > > I hope today is a good day. I fell way off the wagon for 3 days with my eating and my exercise. I have gained 6 pounds in the last three days. I am so mad at myself I don't know why I keep doing this. Anyway today I am starting over again. I got up today and did Jari Revved to the Max. This has options to do the whole workout all together for an hour or can be broke up into 2 half hour workouts. I did the workout 1, half hour workout. I still got my butt kicked. Jari uses an 8 lb weight for mostly everything, so did I. The first thing here is a warm up done on the step, then there are dead lifts on top of the step alternating with back rows with a leg raise off the step, then there is a clean and press section on top of the step alternating with bicep curls while squatting off the side of the step. Then she does quickie squats, the kind where you don't come all the way back up at the top, alternating with square pulses, these are where you keep one foot on top of the step and the other foot makes a square next to the step, the next section is done on the floor with front and back lunges with shoulder presses and bicep curls. The next section is the push up/tricep dip track, it was a killer for me. Then there was a short ab section which I actually liked, I usually don't and then the cool down. This one has a new guy in it named Adam, he is a hottie. From when I previewed it, he leads some of the sections but that must come in the second half which I didnt' do today. Jari moves very quickly between exercises on this I did like this workout a lot, but I am glad I only did the short version today. Have a great day everyone. > > in CA >

Guest guest
, I really like this one! simple choreo, but really targets the legs! Maybe when I'm done with Noel I'll need to revisit Ms. :)Hugs Good morning all, I am in a rush out the door right now. this morning I did Kathy Great Buns & Thighs step workout. This is a different one than her regular step workout. This one is more focused on toning than on cardio. It is about 50 minutes altogether. I liked it, but not as much as her other step workout. My legs are still hurting, I wish I knew why, not as much as before, but still. Maybe tomorrow I will do some upper body work. Have an awesome day my friends. in CA
