Guest guest
I have the opposite problem. At home on the weekends I can control my food and I never buy junk so I am not tempted. At work there are potlucks, candy dishes, well meaning people offering food, etc. Too many temptations. My job is very stressful and I can't stand my boss. The rest of the people are great, but I still have a lot more years until I can retire. I have promised myself that on April 1st, I will make a serious attempt to give up the Diet Pepsi habit and start drinking water. I have tried before and failed, maybe this will be the time. in CA To: exercisevideos From: pinkpussycat@...Date: Mon, 28 Feb 2011 06:45:34 -0800Subject: Re: 's Monday workout I actually like Mondays because it puts me back on the healthy eating and exercise track. The routine of it all really helps me, plus I really do love my job. I work with some awesome people. I can't believe September will be 12 years there! It is, however, a Winnie the Pooh Blustery Day here in Stumptown - cold, very very rainy, and WINDY! I'm dreading my walk to the bus stop. I bought an empty milk jug / plastic gallon container for 48 cents yesterday, and I'm taking it to work to fill up and see how much of it I drink. I drink tons of water, I'm very good about that, but I'm just curious is all, plus it will be fewer trips to the water cooler this way *L*Hugs! Yes, upping the bells really makes a difference.I hope your Monday is better than expected! I feel bad cuz Sawyer left a shoe at his cousin's house, so he had to wear shoes he doesn't like to wear today (he hates tying)..ugh.. and I don't think they fit him well. Then, my battery was dead on my van so I was back to driving that truck again...GRRR... My battery was dead because for some reason it keeps releasing the trunk, the electronic part. I'm charging it now, and hoping it was a fluke and it stops the nonsense. And now DH is gone all week, so he won't be here to look at it until Thursday night. D MB 45 essentials warm up, beginner workout 2 using 25 lb bell (up from an 18 lb.) for swings and deadlifts, 15 lb for the halos, 1/2 get ups and shoulder presses (up from 12 lb.). 10 minutes of Tamilee Total Body standing stretch for cool down. I think i finally found the right weight for me for the swings, the 25 lb. Wow, this short workout just got a lot harder with that one. Felt good though. Very good workout even though it was only 15 minutes long. I hate Mondays, I am off to work now. Have a great day everyone. in CA
Guest guest
Maybe it's time that Miss Toughie get a heavier bell ? Today I did the MB45 Workout 1 (30 minutes) with a 25 lb bell for the swings and the deadlifts, I wish I could ever feel this in my butt and legs but I just don't. Guest guest
I have some heavier, maybe I should pull them out and use them just for the dead lifts portions. I don't think I could do one handed swings yet with anything heavier though. in CA To: exercisevideos From: pinkpussycat@...Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2011 10:17:05 -0800Subject: Re: 's Monday workout Maybe it's time that Miss Toughie get a heavier bell ? Guest guest
I don't have much time to write this morning as I did a longer workout. Today I did Cathe Body Fusion. I totally loved it. Since it was my first time doing it, I got a little lost here and there but pretty much did okay. I will do this one again later this week when I am off for the holiday. Have a great day everyone. in CA
