Guest guest
You are certainly in my prayers and having been there know that it will take a lot of faith and prayers to help you through this time of your life. Please feel free to post any fears or concerns during this time as there will always be someone that can answer and give suggestions and or just a loving, helpful shoulder to get you through this. The first time I lost a job (the closure of the San Diego office of Blue Cross), within minutes of being told I was crying almost uncontrollably as in 32 years of working anything of this magnitude had ever happened and it was overwhelming. I remember the feelings of inadequacy and thinking it was all my fault and that I would never get another job. It can sure knock the pins out from under you.....even if you are expecting it. But do remember this.........I'm 8 years down the road from that day and things worked out and that day is long past. I am so grateful for the new opportunities that came from that simple act of my being laid off. I've made new friends, solved the situation (even better than expected), and done many more things (experiences) that I might nor have been able to experience in life had not my life taken a different direction. WE are behind you in prayer and positive thoughts. Take care.........Jan in CA Joy <jhooper@...> wrote: Dear Friends, I was terminated from my job this morning as I am no longer able to do it for health reasons. I saw this coming for awhile, but nevertheless now that its happened I do not know what to do. After all the things I have been going through with the breakup of my marriage, losing my home and everything now the job, it is a real blow to the morale and I have no idea what God is trying to show me through all of this but I hope I get is down pat. Please pray for me that God will provide a home for me and some kind of income. Thank you, God bless, Joy
Guest guest
I havelost everything so many times and then the health went, that I can't count. I have learned through many heart felt talks with others and God, that he just wants us to be quiet, listen and wait. After all, Abraham had to wait until he provided another sacrifice until the knife was about to go into his son's chest. Can, we, sometimes of little faith, complain when we are tried. God is showing is love no matter how bad it is. Guest guest
Dear Joy, How awful to be treated this way! I don't think that's legal, is it? In any case, you have my prayers, and know that God has already provided what you need. Judi

Guest guest
I'm really sorry Joy. It's bad enough that these diseases take so much from us, but when you loose your job it's a hard blow. I will keep you in my prayers. a > Dear Friends, > I was terminated from my job this morning as I am > no longer able to do it for health reasons. Guest guest
Dear ((((((Tess)))))), You are going through such a terrible time, I am so sorry. You just have got to stand by her Tess, she needs you more then ever right now. It will be good for her to go to rehab, she will get the help she needs, and be strong when she comes out. It will be hard on the children, but with you by their side, they will be alright. I will keep you all in my prayers, and please keep us posted. Guest guest
Tess, My prayers are with you. Be strong. My son went through a problem with some pretty bad drugs. He has been clean now for 11 months. It is possible. Keep the faith and lots of prayers are coming your way.
