Just an FYI...When I quit smoking over 10 yrs. ago, I know that very cold

iced water was an absolutely G-d send to me, it also stimulates your body enough

that it helps you to lose weight. Get those bottles of water in the freezer.

sherry U are right I forgot it numbs the taste for a cigarettes and helps

satisfy the need

Hi Jenifer,

I read about your decision about not having fusion and

did want you to know what happened to me that probably

will support your thoughts.

I had back surgery in 1999 and had fusion with plates

and screws. I am in more pain now than I was before

surgery. Maybe there are those that need it and will

have or those that have had that done and have good

results. It always has to be decided on an individual

basis along with the Dr.
