Did the express workout from Ana Caban's Core Challenge.I like Ana's workouts, just seems to have good routines. This one mimicked Pilates moves that would be done on equipment. She also does a minute or two of cardio of moves so I felt really warmed up. Followed that with 10 minutes of 30 seconds on 30 seconds off with kettlebell swings. Today pulled out the 30! That was tough. Finished up with S90 Ultimate Ball. I did pretty well with this, still struggled with some exercises, but overall big improvement from the last time I did this same workout. That is some quick improvement for 2 weeks? Run is planned for the morning and STRETCH;I will probably mix in some foam rolling too.
