Guest guest
I understand completely!! I don't know how any of you guys live with the pain and take care of small children! My kids are now 12 and 14 but I was undx'd hypothyroid until after my 2nd was born. When tested, I was 50 times the normal - no wonder I couldn't stay awake more than 4 hours at a time!! Now this herniated disc in the neck, my bursitis in my hips - pain meds, MRI's etc. it's not easy being in pain. Go for whatever the drs want you to, get the MRI's try to get some disability dx so you can collect. I am thinking of you and the other ladies here who've lost children - I cannot imagine your pain, you are strong and wonderful to be able to go on. much love, barb k. --- Sonya Unverzagt wrote: > Barb > > I was down to only 5 hours a week because of my pain > and they keep asking me > to cut my hours because they saw that I was in so > much pain and I really > couldn't do much, so they put me at the receptionist > desk and I still > couldn't do that sitting is the most painful thing I > can do. Guest guest
Barb K. thank you for helping decision on doing what the doctors say. It is so hard when you are in pain. I will get my MRI Monday for sure. My grandma is going to watch my son. I know what you mean with the thyroid problems Barb, last year they think my miscarriage was caused from being severely hyper thyroid I was a hormone mess. Being hyper I couldn't sleep at night but then during the day I would be so sleepy, my doctor said when your thyroid is off balance it can make pain worse. I'm not sure if that is true or not. They are still trying to get mine right. I did iodine radiation this pass summer. Hugs, Sonya
