Hello all

Two problems from a pathology lab report following radical hysterectomy:

(1) At the top of the page the patient's hospital number is given together

with the name (obliterated), age and sex. Underneath are deatils for the

following: Clinica, Q/Leito, Medico, Pedido and Convenio.

Any idea what the " Q " in " Q/Leito " might be?

(2) alongside the location of the material examined is: - [number] fr /

[number] bl

I assume fr is fragmento and bl is bloque. For three of the locations

instead of a number the letter " m " is used, as in

A - colo uterino anterior com margens - m fr / 2 bl

I'm sure it's something obvious but I just can't think what " m " stands for

here.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Owen
