Guest guest Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 I did lean 1 today... no change on weights as my knees are still a bit off from the dog trial this weekend (even did some yoga last night but still a mess).I did manage to do some pushups (3) on toes and did 6 of the plank tricep ext on toes on each side.. yeaInstead of cooldown I did my crunches while listening to Chalene. I do like to listen to her during stretch as it is sort of like a positive reaffirmation.I then did a couple of wii l the experience game..
