Guest guest
This is to my older sibs - you know you ones who are 1 1/2 to 2 years old and such - hee hee! I have not lost a pound in 2 1/2 months. I am 11 months post op and stopped losing at the 9 month mark. I have heard that the " window " of weight loss opportunity is 12- 18 months or 18-24 months. My question - am I on a really long plateau? or am I done losing? Was my " window " only 9 months? I can and do eat a lot of food. I drink more than enough water. I always get my protein in. I DO NOT drink sugar drinks or alcohol. I do eat some candy - usually a couple hershey kisses with a handful of nuts. I walk 2 -4 times a week. I know I have whined about plateaus before (haven't we all?)- and they usually ended after 2-3 weeks - none lasted 2 1/2 months. What do ya'll think? BTW, I am not willing to diet - I will stay where I am before I diet - I can't diet - I am a horrible dieter - the thought of dieting makes me depressed and wanting to eat ! Also, I am not gaining weight - which I find amazing - my past has either been a cycle of going up or down - never holding steady! Thanks for your advice! hugs, cindy lee
