Guest guest Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 MB45 Essentials-I did the warmup, Beginner workout 1 25 lb. for swings,and deadlifts, 15 lb. for 1/2 get ups, shoulder presses and cleans and presses.
