Guest guest Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 hi, i have a workout report for today: video: chris freytag prevention shortcuts to big weight loss - 40 mins an easy workout -- upper beginner, id say. bonus cardio: walk+run and power walking for 60 mins on indoor track stretch: 10 mins on my own after workout on track no bonus abs or bonus functional workout today -- had to sit and do alot of office work... its tax time... ugh! number of steps: 14380 vitamins: emergen-c, multi and D in morning. took more vit c at night water: 3 cups. obviously need to work harder on this. i was drinking tons of water but have slacked off junk food: why oh why do i wreck my workout by eating junk food? so stupid! audio: i like to listen to an audio when i go to bed at night. tonight will be a deep relaxation session.... im feeling tired and have to get up early :/ :*carolyn.
