Next, I did S90D's Ultimate Ball. OMG it's worth it to buy this set just for this workout alone. This was TOUGH and lots of fun too! You do the exercise 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, and you do most exercises twice: 1) plank, feet on ball2) reverse plank with your back on the ball 3) in plank, pull ball in to knees4) adductor squeeze, twist right and left5) one foot on ball, single leg lift, 30 seconds each side (YEAH, RIGHT!)6) lateral one legged squat 7) in plank, walk out with hands, walk back in 8) pikes / V ups (I did better at these than I thought I would!)9) in bridge, hold plank with heels on ball10) side lying crunches into the ball11) one legged squat, back foot on ball (option: regular lunge instead) 12) plank with hands on ball 13) lying supine, ball under knees, core rotation side to side14) " skiiers " prone, pull ball in with feet, rotate side to side (couldn't do these for the life of me!) 15) " rollouts " on knees, elbows on ball, roll out and inHoping to take a vacation day today.
