Hi all, today I did Cathe's Basic step. I really liked this workout, I liked it more than the Kari Go one. I did pretty good on most of it, I kept ending up on the wrong side of my step for the knees around the world part, that must just be a special talent that I have. I did much better than I thought I would though. I am going to continue rotating through my beginning step workouts for awhile. I wish my VCR was working so I could add those in, but I still have enough to keep me busy for a lifetime without them I guess. I started to do the Strong Knees workout after my step workout but I didn't have enough time to get it all in. I should have just aimed for the 7 minute workout on that one, oh well, next time. I am off to work now, have a great day all.
