Guest guest
Yesterday I took a walk to a small Portland castle and snuck an extra 30 minutes on to my lunch hour:http://www.katu.com/news/local/33582899.htmlIt was soooooooooo nice to be outside! It's been pretty rainy here. Crossing my fingers it won't be raining during the Shamrock Run (it usually is though). Picked up my bib and shirt today and am SO EXCITED!! People were dressed up ALREADY wearing leprechaun attire and lots 'o green! The even sold out at 30,000 participants. I'm bummed the shirt is white again, but it's made by Adidas, one of the sponsors, in their Climalite material, very nice long sleeved shirt! I'm feeling good about tomorrow! Today I hope to do a gentle Walk Away the Pounds to get some movement in, then do Cool It Off afterward for an extended stretch to help prep for the race. St. Paddy's day is my 2nd favorite holiday after Halloween, and as a good luck charm, when I went to use the loo after getting my safety pins, I saw this realistic drawing on my stall's floor! It's like an Omen that I'm going to make it! Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead tonite! O'Kraft
