Guest guest
I thought I would post an update on age 2. He is a responder to Valtrex+ MB12 shots. He initially showed some significant improvements in language, interaction with his brother, peers and therapists. His receptive language has improved significantly. Here's the thing- Recently his expressive language seems to have remained the same (no regression- thankfully) while his receptive abilities seem to be continuing to improve. Also, this child may become a rock climber someday judging by the way he is scaling my counters to see what is in my kitchen cabinets! He is giving me daily heart attacks! He smiles when he gets a reaction from me- very two year oldish. We started Diflucan with him 5 days ago. His OT and I both agreed that he seemed to be in a fog on Tuesday. I'm hoping that this is just yeast and will go away. How long does this die off usually last. It is making me nervous. This emotional rollercoaster of seeing gains and then not can really be challenging. Thanks for any info that you have about yeast die offs!
