Guest guest
WOW! A double difficult Les Mills day for you, !!!I like Body Attack but it's just too much impact for me, for that reason right now anyway I prefer Body Vive for my Hi/Lo. Have you done Body Jam? SO FUN!! I love RPM. Part of it is all the cute accents y'all have over there! :DAs far as the supplements I take: it's really hard to quantify the success of them as I haven't taken them long enough. Of all that I take, the multivitmin and protein powders for shakes are by far the most essential. I am hoping the Animal Flex proves to be worthwhile, as I have both a wonky knee and fussy hip if I overtrain with running, but I want to be able to run much more. I did Body attack for just under an hour which was OK and later on 45 mins of RPM 42 which was GREAT! and an hour of easy walking in the arvo. cheers,
Guest guest
I haven't done Body Jam. I have no style when it come's to dance moves. I prefer basic aerobics. I have some Body Pump dvd's ready to go but dont want to start them till I get a barbell. (hopefully for my birthday) THEY LOOK SO COOL!!! I know I could do it with dumbbells but I would prefer to do it properly. Its actually nice to do RPM with Aussies and New Zealanders as every other disc I have are all American. WOW! Guest guest
You will LOVE Body Pump, ! The ONLY track you need a barbell for is the clean and press move in the back track, and even then you can wing it with dumbells. I use dumbells and kettlebells for most of it outside of the gym setting, actually. I don't like the barbell because your dominant side tends to take over and do more of the work, and i like to work each side equally with dumbells when I can. You can still do the clean and press with dumbells, but i do prefer the barbell for that one, I admit. i think you should just go for it with what you have :)And while you don't have the cold weather we do, I DONT envy you all the poisonous snakes, spiders and big bugs, all of which I'm scared!!! Guest guest
You have convinced me! I am going to try it when I am finished the next couple of rotations I am on. We do have quite a few snakes and spiders here but its not that bad in suburbia. We used to have a large red bellied black snake living in our backyard and eating all our frogs in our pond. They are pretty shy though..... and they are supposed to keep out the brown snakes which are the real bad one's. You will LOVE Body Pump, ! Guest guest
I use to teach BP and love it but the $$ were too much to keep teaching plus, if you didn't have a regular class you had to stop..anyway.. I like it but some of the stuff can be hard on shoulders. I was teaching while playing VB and had to drop shoulder weights a lot so not to damage my sad shoulders...judyTo: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, March 25, 2011 1:49:07 AMSubject: Re: Thursdays workout You will LOVE Body Pump, !
