Guest guest Posted March 10, 2011 Report Share Posted March 10, 2011 Today was the MB45 workout 2. It is 20 minutes long, but it moves a lot faster than the other ones. I am very sweaty for only 20 minutes of working out. I used the same as last time, 15 pounds for the shoulder presses, 25 for swings and 35 for deadlifts. All my new Cathes from the sale are supposed to arrive today. I am off to shower and go to work now.
